Paying your rent at Riverwood Apartments is easy and convenient. You can pay your rent in one of three ways: by mail, in person or online through our Resident Portal.

Pay By Mail:

You can mail your rent by sending a check (all checks are payable to “PSMI”) to PO Box 772, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.

Pay In Person:

You can drop off your rent at the specially marked dropbox located in the laundry room. Make sure that your check (all checks are payable to "PSMI") is in a sealed envelope with your name and address on it. The dropbox is monitored by camera surveillance ensuring that your rent payment is secure.

Pay Online:

To pay online, just click HERE to visit our Resident Portal. You’ll be asked to create an account if you don’t already have one. Once you have your account, not only can you pay your rent, you can view your leasing agreement, schedule maintenance and more.
